Pricing
Two numbers.
No term. No surprise increase.
We priced this the way we’d want to be priced: published numbers you can do the math on yourself, that don’t go up because you signed a shorter contract.
What it costs
Anyone in a truck. The whole app: dispatch, the clock, billing, van stock, purchase orders, photos, chat, lookup.
Dispatchers and office staff who use it too — the on-call schedule, the directory, team chat, watching the work land.
- Every feature on this site. There is no higher tier holding half the app back.
- No setup fee.
- No term — cancel at the end of any month.
- Support from the people who build it. Not a queue.
- New features as they ship, included.
- Office seats are optional. Plenty of shops start with techs only.
What you stop paying
ESC mobile runs $115 to $250 per tech per month, with the lower end requiring a longer commitment. When your crews are on ServiceProof, those licenses come off at the end of the month.
| Crew size | ESC mobile at $150 | ServiceProof | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 techs | $750/mo | $375/mo | $4,500 a year |
| 10 techs | $1,500/mo | $750/mo | $9,000 a year |
| 20 techs | $3,000/mo | $1,500/mo | $18,000 a year |
| 40 techs | $6,000/mo | $3,000/mo | $36,000 a year |
Techs against techs, worked at the middle of the range. Office seats are on top of that — a 20-tech shop putting four dispatchers on it adds $100 a month, so the saving goes from $18,000 a year to $16,800. We’d rather you saw that number here than on your first invoice.
If you’re paying $250 the gap roughly doubles; if you negotiated $115 it narrows — and you’re still ahead, on an app your techs will actually use.

Custom work
Every shop runs a little differently, and the difference is usually the thing that makes you money.
ServiceProof exists because a plumbing company in Houston kept saying “it would be better if…” and somebody built it that week. Most of what’s on this site started as one of those sentences — the receipt photo at the supply counter, the on-call schedule, the past-due coloring, the way a canceled visit behaves.
If there’s a step your crews do that the app doesn’t know about yet, tell us. Custom features are available on request, and they tend to be measured in days rather than quarters.
