Get started
Let’s get your techs off that app
The fastest way to know whether this is right for you is to see it running against your own ESC, with your own customers on the screen. It takes us a couple of days, and all it costs you is a conversation.

Talk to us
Call or email us. A real person answers the phone and replies to every email.
When you get in touch, tell us:
- Your trade (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliance repair, marine, fire and sprinkler, or refrigeration) and roughly how many techs you have in the field.
- That you’re running dESCO ESC, and which version if you know it.
- What’s driving this. Is it the price of ESC mobile, techs refusing to use it, billing that shows up three days late, or all three?
- The one thing that would make all of this worth it if it worked. We want to hear that first.
There’s no form funnel, no automated email sequence and no call center. We’re a small shop building for contractors, and we’d rather have a real conversation with you than a lead score about you.
What we need from you
It’s less than you’d think. Here is everything we need.
| From you | Why |
|---|---|
| Read access to your ESC database | So the app can show your real jobs, customers, parts and prices. Nothing is copied out, and ESC stays where it is. |
| A Windows machine on your network | Any machine that stays on will do. A small piece of software runs there and connects out, so there’s no inbound port and no firewall change. |
| Your tech list | Names and the ESC serviceman codes they already have. That’s how each tech sees their own work and nobody else’s. |
| Your trucks and warehouses | So van stock and parts come off the right truck as soon as a tech signs in. |
| Who’s allowed to create work | Usually your leads, foremen and on-call crew. Everybody else gets the app without those buttons. |
| An hour of your time | You and a couple of your best techs use it on real work and tell us what’s wrong. This is the part that matters most. |
What you don’t need
- A migration. Nothing moves out of ESC, so there’s nothing to import and nothing to reconcile afterward.
- New phones. It runs on the ones your techs already carry, iPhone or Android.
- An app store, device management or an IT project. A tech just opens a link.
- Retraining for the office. ESC looks exactly the same to them. The work just arrives sooner and more complete.
- A contract term. It’s $75 per tech and $25 per office user, per month. Cancel at the end of any month, and all of the work stays yours because it was always in ESC.
And if something’s missing
Tell us. Custom features are available on request, and most of what ServiceProof does today exists because a contractor said “it would be better if…” and we built it. We’re cheaper than the app you have now because we don’t build years of price increases into what you pay.
